I agree with Luke and Stevo, it's nothing more than snake oil. Save your money for a more worthwhile mod.

And for $80 BilletTech will mill your ThrottleBody (front sid). They do so on the Hemi cars, and it should work for trucks as well.

If anything, that is a much better investment than a whistling paperweight.

I've got the TB spacer on my Hemi. I haven't noticed that it did a damn thing! The only reason I got it, was that it was part of the kit when I got my CAI (AEM Brute Force), and I figured that I had it, so might as well install it.

Fortunately I haven't noticed any whistling, etc, it just doesn't seem to do anything....
