Default Truck pulling to the Right

I just had my 05' Quad front end allingment done. The techninian aligned it out but the truck is still pulling to the right. While under the truck he noticed that my Right fron Brake is worn and needs replaced. I am going to take it today. He said that the caliber was hung when he looked at the brakes and had to be forced slightly to release. Is this the cause of the pulling? Is there something more going on that we do not see? Is the right front bearings having issues? I have noticed that the brakes started squealing this a past week but wasnt sure if it was a real issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
