Default 06 vs. 07 hemi ram?

just wondering what differences there are that would affect performance, i have an 06 hemi ram 1500, and along with every other 06 i know of they have alot of trouble burnin the tires, my buddy has the same truck but 07, and it seems to have quite a bit more pep and burns the tires without hesitation, we have a couple 07's at work and same with those too, does anyone know what is different?

Default Burning tires

There are allot of variables from what type of oil to what gear ratio in the rear. I have a 06' 2500 SLT 4x4 with a 410 in the rear and still light up the tires on dry pavement.

The service manger in Nova Scotia said he had replace a couple of rear ends in the past the line he told me was no one did the maintenance on them. I hope you got a good transmission shop there. Dam things can be headache and a wallet buster.
