Default Guess it's my turn

My 09 is scheduled for some extras Thursday at the dealer however, while I was out of town this past weekend my wife had the low air tire pressure monitoring system kick in. She checked the tires and put a little air in, but also something turned a check engine light on this weekend. All the basics have been checked by yours truely and seems to be running fine, will have them check that also Thursday while at the dealer.

Goining in for the Lowjack install, interior and exterior protection, and to check out a noise I have in the suspension most likely with the lift kit they installed. Also, the onboard temp display, outside temp not engine, reads over 100 degrees all the time. Yeah it was hot here at the beach this weekend...but dang it wasn't a hundred yet!

I'll keep all the new 09 owners informed of what they find and any remedies to fix. I'm in the automotive and truck business, so I will gladly give them the opportunity to remedy and fix what is for the most part an exceptionally nice truck.

Keep ya posted

Default Well... jury is still out on my dealer and service level

Had the truck in the dealer for my add ons I purchased. I also had a few minor issues to address while there. Granted, I know the Chrysler dealers are unsure of what the future may hold for their brands but damn.... provide a quality product, service the hell out of your customers...and they wil come back and buy again.

I was a bit disappointed in the level of service I have so far received. I sure hope any future experiences will be better. I am documenting my issues and will be calling their directer of service on Monday to make them aware of my experience and displeasure.

I am not a knit picker, or a general ass most of the time, but when you purchase and pay for something, you expect to get your monies worth correct?

Sorry to hear about that. I know that there are only a handful of dealers that have stuck out in my mind as going above and beyond my level of expectation. Funny part is, I don't usually get to buy from them, but get to deal with them if service is required. Definitely keep track of your experience and dates they happened.

Default Looks like I'm finally good to go

Dealer finally got my noise resolved from my suspension lift they installed.

Several TSB's I call them, Rapid Responses they call them, have been addressed. Picked it back up tonight after the second time back in since purchase, less than 1000 miles on it.... but she runs good, noise is gone, and check engine light from ambient air temp sensor seems to have been fixed by a new sensor.

Knock on wood, hopefully I can keep her being paid for, and running great....just happen to be in the middile of a seperation from my wife of almost 20 years....

Welcome to the forum. All new items have a few problems but I'm glad the dealer got things straightened out.

Sorry for your troubles on the domestic side. That kind of stuff really puts a pall over everything.
