Mine developed that as soon as I installed the nerf bars. Sucks. I believe it is the body mounts. Probably need some lubrication. I've noticed as soon as the undercarriage gets wet, no more squeaks.

Might want to look at the rubber bump stop in the strut on the front. My 08 squeaks bad until it rains or I spray some WD-40 on them so they can slide up and down the strut shaft without squeaking.

Actually might want to check the ball joints. I have read where they are quite notorious for wearing out prematurely. Had an S-10 that squeaked like that over bumps, and it was the ball joints wearing out.

Sorry to bring this thread to life again but I am experiencing the same thing, however mine is not only doing it over bumps, but starting off from a stop. I guess any of the above could be causing this as well?

Check all body mount bushings and all suspension bushings. Give them a shot of spray lube (teflon based works best) and they will be good for a while.
