Default Suggestions for Headlight visibility

Alright, some may know I alreaday installed a HID kit from 3B, as great as this kit is, and how easy it was to install, it was only a low HID kit... with the high beams being run on what looks like a H5 bulb inside. I actually have less visibility with this new kit on my high beams, then what I used to be able to see with my stock low beams! I'm afaid to drive at night outside of town, because I feel like once I am going 55mph in the country I am overdriving my lights. If anything where to be on the road, or in the ditch, I wouldn't have the ability to stop in time. Does anyone have suggestions about what I can do to resolve this. I talked to Hanh, and he had a couple of suggestions, but nothing short of adding extra driving lights behind the grill. I was thinking about going to a Bi-Xenon, and maybe seeing about getting it so that the foglights stay on with the high beam HID... thats so that I don't lose visibility when I switch over to the high beam HID. Does anyone know if its possible to keep the fogs on like that? Can the dealer adjust that parameter in the computer? If I do have to add a set of driving lights, can anyone suggest to me what to install? I would really like another 50-100meteres of visibility ahead of me at night over stock lights.

Well, I have looked at 2 options from above.. eithe ra 90mm Hella High beam, which would need to be retrofitted somehow behind the grill. Or an unguaranteed Halo projector light housing with no guarantees for better lighting, or that I can even hook up with my HIDs.

Would those be better to replace the factory fog lights instead of behind the grill? I think 90mm is around 3 3/4".

I have the same problem here. I didnt buy the really good lights as you did. I bought the Sylvania Silverstars, and on low beams w/ the fogs on, it looks great! Yet when you hit the high beams, you cant see as much as with the lows on. Frustrating.

Well I ended up buying a set of PIAA's model 520xt. I didn't like that the Hella's seemed really cheap quality... and that they wanted you to use crimp connectors instead of actual ring connectors and plugs. The PIAA's are all metal housing and plug and play connectors... They look awesome and were easy to mount up. I'll try and get pics, but like I said before, I can't post pics until we can delete ones from the gallery.

Default Has anyone ever tried these out?

Found these on the web -- the price is right, does anyone know if these are any good?
