Alright, some may know I alreaday installed a HID kit from 3B, as great as this kit is, and how easy it was to install, it was only a low HID kit... with the high beams being run on what looks like a H5 bulb inside. I actually have less visibility with this new kit on my high beams, then what I used to be able to see with my stock low beams!
I'm afaid to drive at night outside of town, because I feel like once I am going 55mph in the country I am overdriving my lights. If anything where to be on the road, or in the ditch, I wouldn't have the ability to stop in time. Does anyone have suggestions about what I can do to resolve this. I talked to Hanh, and he had a couple of suggestions, but nothing short of adding extra driving lights behind the grill. I was thinking about going to a Bi-Xenon, and maybe seeing about getting it so that the foglights stay on with the high beam HID... thats so that I don't lose visibility when I switch over to the high beam HID. Does anyone know if its possible to keep the fogs on like that? Can the dealer adjust that parameter in the computer? If I do have to add a set of driving lights, can anyone suggest to me what to install? I would really like another 50-100meteres of visibility ahead of me at night over stock lights.
