Default Seatbelt problems

I have a 2006 2500 diesel 2wd regular cab truck. Is anybody else having problems with the seat belts pulling out hard and returning real slow. If so please tell me what you did to fix them.

I don't have that problem... The problem I have is my back seat ones won't lock. In my Santa Fe, if I pulled the belt all the way out and let it retract, the belt would not let out again until you fully let the belt retract.
This was an issue when my sister in law was visiting and I had two car seats in the back of the truck.
Should they lock?
