Probably should have done this a little sooner. Picked up my first Dodge vehicle almost 2 weeks ago. 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab 4x4 4.7L. 68k miles, beautiful condition inside and out.
Cell phone photo! Woo:
I hope to have better photos this Sunday. After I debadge it, and remove the black door molding, then give it a nice bath and wax.
Last weekend I did this:
Hopefully by the end of next weekend I will have a new exhaust setup finished.
Other plans: I intend to ditch the canopy (not a big fan myself), get a Line-X bedliner sprayed in, replace the driver step with full legnth nerf bars (was hilarious watching my 5ft girlfriend climb in the back seat without a step), and some larger tires. The 265/70/17's that came on it are just way too small for those wheel wells.
Anyways, thank you for having me on the site, already been learning, hope to soon contribute.
Alright. Yesterday I took off the black door moldings from the sides. Removed the SLT Badges from behind the rear passenger windows. Removed the "RAM 1500" from the passenger side, and the "1500" from the driver side. Gave it a little bath this morning. Haven't waxed it yet. Need to clay bar. Photos anyways!
Look at the sun shining off those wheels
