Default windshield wiper cowl

the piece of plastic that the wiper arms are coming throu i call it the cowl dont know what u guys call it but mine is broke at the first screw/bolt/nut i was wondering if i could maybe get a epoxy or melt this back to gether then sand then paint it and make it look good i also on my right headlight the brakced that bolts the head light is broke in two can i epoxy this back together as i rather fix than replace as the pieces other than those flaws are still in good shape

You can plastic weld it together with a pencil torch or small soldering iron. Your local body shop supply store should have a urethene welding ribbon or they can be purchased from Urethene supply company. After weldind your cowl back together you can paint the cowl with a can of SEM Trim Black paint.

Might consider Liquid Plastic in spray can (available at Lowes paint dept.) after heat welding.
