Default clunking steering wheel/gas pedal

ok so i needed ball joints really bad. i put in ball joints upper and lower and saw that my steering shock needed to be replaced so i did that. i also replaced my tie rod end at the pitman arm. the truck drives amazing (getting aligned tomorrow) but on turns with bumps when going slow (and even when going fast, although not as often), i feel clunking at the steering wheel and gas pedal. seems like a hammer is tapping the steering column and foot pedals. it is a stick and sometimes the clutch pedal clunks too. maybe a frame mount? i checked the steering column and doesnt seem abnormal. im clueless right now.
