Default Relocating to Virginia

Hey guys, I just thought I'd let you know that my orders came in today and I will be leaving to go to the Stafford area around the 26th of this month. So if anybody sees a white 2013 Lone Star driving around it'll probably be me since I can't imagine there are very many Texas edition Rams in Northeast Virginia. Thunderhorse will still be wearing her Lone Star badge with pride on the tailgate along with her Texas tags.

Unfortunately, I may be a little less active on the Z for the next few months but I will try to stop in at least a few times a week, if not once a day.

Its going to be so weird living outside of Texas again.

Getting Orders is always an adventure

Virginia is not a bad place,
mostly friendly people
cheapest cigarette prices in the USA
midway to just about anything around the East Coast

Hey bud, I live in Stafford! We love it, very nice people, close to everything, and top notch schools, you should enjoy the area. Lots of places to go have fun with the RAM too if you like to get her dirty. "Lower" cost of living as far as Northern VA goes. Yeah, you might be the first Lone Star RAM here, lol. Hit me up when you get here if you need anything. I'll keep a lookout for you around Stafford. Thanks for your service too...

I loved living in Va. There is a ton of history that is with in a take of gas. My family and I went exploring every weekend and always found something new to learn and see. I hope you enjoy your time there
Mick
P.S. I lived on Dahlgrin Navy base and was stationed at the Navel serface warfare training center in Indian Head Md with a Marine Corps unit called CBIRF.

MCB Quantico.

Thanks guys, I actually lived in the D.C. area (Landover) when my dad was stationed at Andrews AFB for 4 years, so its kind of like I'm going back. That was 15 years ago though.

Keep your truck registered somewhere else.....taxes suck here in Virginia. I just retired from the AF last year and am down here near Newport News.

I'm keeping her registered in Texas, and keeping Texas residency. No state income taxes!

stafford is nice. I've lived there 14 years. just moved down to spotsy tho. the traffic on 95 is a bitch. rush hour getting on and off quantico will be fun for you. but it's not a bad place at all. I'm a civilian but I fish on quantico frequently
