In the process of buying a 2009 1500 Hemi 4wd Quad cab.
Anyone make headers for these?

Thanks

Hey Jerry, at this time I personally can't find any for sale (don't take my word for it since I drive a 1998) But what I did was take my truck to the local shop and they were able to custom fabricate headers for my truck, I'd imagine they could do it for your truck aswell!

If you're still in the process, test drive it and tell them you want to see that MDS light come on...

i dont think headers for the 09 have come out yet. it usually takes a company like gibson or jba 12-18 months to do testing and design of headers before they will release them for new vehicles. this is b/c these aftermarket companies provide some sort of warranty for the headers, if you install them properly, and they don't want to prematurely release a bad product. if you are getting them from a custom shop be careful b/c they more than likely will not provide a warranty.

also, the headers made from a reputable aftermarket company will incorporate your emissions requirements of the vehicle as well. if you get custom headers they may or may not do this and this may in turn cause some warning lights to come on.

or this may mess with some other internal components if the headers are not engineered...like the MDS
