Default 2005 ram with 355 gears won't burn tires ?

I have tried my truck on dry pavement to burn the tires before I changed them and she will just chirp them only. Had my buddy's 08 with 392 gears and she can roast them if you wanted to do it but I didn't as i was just trying to see if there was a difference in both trucks. Is this normal for an 05 with 355 gears or is there something wrong with mine ?

I would say its the TMS system on the Hemis. Even with 3.92s in my 2004, I really had to work to roast them. But once it got started, oh yeah...

Think I solved the problem. Got her off the highway the other day and one of the rotors on the back was hot. Just finished redoing all the brakes last week but never lubed up the sliders on the back and they were sticking. Since redoing the rear brakes again I noticed a big difference when giving her a dart on take off. She can burn a fair bit now. Better stay off that or will need more new tires ! Seems to be an improvement in the fuel economy as well!
Thanks for all the help !
Any suggestions on mods for my 05 quad cab ? All that is done so far is dual exhaust with cat backs exiting on both sides behind the wheels. One pipe in the muffler and two coming out all stainless steel piping and chrone tips. Hoping to post some pics soon.
