Question Hey i searched first!

The all to common.. What size tire can i fit on my truck. Well i searched the threads and found one debating just this very topic.

The biggest tire you can fit on our trucks is 305/55/R20 without any lift mod.... supposedly. Anyways that was listed for an 04 Dodge Ram. Is it any different with an 07 since the body style has slightly changed? Help would be appreciated. Oh and how much taller will the truck sit since i still want to fit in the parking garages around here.

dude i have 295/60r20 on my 08, but also a 2" leveling kit. The leveling kit was $60 off ebay so i mean its not that expensive compared to what u would spend on tires. But i also needed 1/4" spacers for the front tires

Largest I've seen are 35/10.5/20 but they had rub marks on the inside so they could probably have used a spacer.

And good luck with parkades, My stock height on 17s is exactely 6' 4", I know cuz I rubbed the roof on one of the stupid warning hangers and scraped my paint. On 35s you won't fit into much.

We should do an article and sticky it at the top of this thread. This is definitely a commonly asked question (not that it's a bad one). Would be nice to have the info handy for everyone that is curious about adding beefy meats to their Rams.

I agree with Chithead. I am running 275/60R20 right now.. The factory goodyear hps which i might add don't give me much traction since the chip Thats not my fault is it? lol Anyways i'm not necessarily wanting tall but i am wanting WIDE! Same height would be fine but i had 285's on my old 01 sierra with it sitting stock and they never rubbed. The ram should surely fit wider.

I think a sticky would be a great idea, for both Tires and Intakes too maybe.
