Thumbs up 2011 RAM 1500 integrated brake controller

sorry for the confusion. The P3 I refered to was the after market controller by Tekonsha. Over this past weekend I had the truck re-flasked and it now shows up on the dash display. As far as Mopar part numbers go, here is what I received from my parts guy and keep in mind mine is a 2011 RAM 1500 Big Horn with the hemi and the dark gray interior. Controller number is 56029431AG and the bezel is 1EB13XDVAA. There was an earlier post of someone that showed step by step pictures and instructions for his 2010 RAM 1500 and he also listed the Mopar part number for his. His controller part number was the same as mine with the exception for the last character in the number and don't know if that is the year differance or not, but here are the numbers he listed: controller number was 56029431AF and his bezel number for the beige interior was 1EB13DK2AA. One thing I forgot to mention is when you order these from your parts guy, you don't get the screws that secure the controller to the bezel or the screw that secures it to the dash bracket.
Hope this helps

The "56029431AG" controller is the same I purchased for my truck back in July. It will not work with only the main (large, 4 prong connector) pigtail connected to it. The 3 prong canbus pigtail also has to be attached. I thought maybe a newer version of the controller had been made available that permitted the application like you described in an earlier post.

I have contacted my dealer's service manager and customer relations. My service manager talked with his area representative. They all say the Integrated brake controller kit is on track to become available mid-november.

Anyone else hear differently?

Mine said mid-Novemeber meant mid-January more than likely.

I know this hgas been beat to death. I have an appt for an oil change next week and want to get the dealer to finally add the code to the build so it works with the EVIC. I have read the post and just want to confirm thet right code. Is it "XCH" ? Just want to be prepareed for a fight. The service rep already was telling me that he thinks there were some issues with getting them to work with the EVIC.

if you're having trouble getting the parts locally, as i was, they can be ordered online through pollard mopar parts.

i ordered them last week and have them in hand. you need to search by the part numbers given earlier in this thread. you won't find them through parts search.

What truck do you have year and manufactured date. Did you have your truck flashed? And is everything working well. Did the pollard give you the warning about the module?

Default Brake

I installed kit today started truck controller lit up with a 5.0 on it. Minus button took it to 0. Plus button does nothing does it need to be hooked up to trailer? Am getting ready to have it flashed but my trailer is up north still how do I check to see if its working.
