Default Steering wheel swap from 2006 to 2003

Hi,

I'm writing you from the netherlands, so be sorry for my bad english.

I have a 2003 er Dodge Ram Quad cab.
My steering wheel looks very old, so i want to replace it with a new one.
Can i build in a steering wheel from the facelift modell?

Greetings Thomas

Wow, that's nice. Yes everything will line right up. The only problems I have heard of are if you have the steering wheel audio controls. Sometimes they are tricky to get working again with a different wheel.

If you're doing the work yourself , make sure you know how to do airbag work . You don't want to blow the bag . Don't forget to go to the newbie section and introduce yourself .

Hi gents, i have to bring up this post.
I bought a new steering wheel from a 2006 modell.
This steering wheel:
http://l.yimg.com/dv/izp/dodge_truck...eringwheel.jpg

But the connectors are different.
My old wheel have 2 cables left and 2 cables right.
But the new have 3 left and 3 right.

So please help me, can i use my new steering wheel on my 2003 modell?

Greetings from the netherlands
