ok i was wondering if everything that works for hte 08 will work on the 09 i really want a tuner and monitor(i tow 11,000 pound trailer) also want todo exhaust work and wondering if i just pulled my muffler if it would sound any diffrent... and im planning on pulling my silencer ring tomorrow im so excited about that... thanks yall

not sure about a diesel, but some trucks sound like garbage without a muffler, so yeah it would sound different, and would be illegal too...Doing a full exhaust kit would be better(imo)...

on the6.7 litre if u pull the muffler the hp will not change because of the exhaust filter u have to change the filter to a performance one. if u remove the filter all together the truck will not go more than 60k if u can get it started
