Default Newbie look'n for some help

Edit: sorry about the title, it should say. Newbie look'n for some* help. my bad.

hey y'all, im a newbie to the dodge ram community. I just recently decided to purchase a pickup truck for myself. i was just wondering if there was any ram i CANT put plows on.
i was looking at these trucks:
http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...standard=false
http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...100&cardist=75
http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...standard=false
http://www.cars.com/go/search/detail...5&aff=national

Any feed back on what you guys think of the trucks would be great;
And any links to some nice rams in the ohio area would be nice.
Thanks
-Zack

Welcome to the Z! how much plowing are you looking to do? If anything more than your driveway when needs be, I'd recommend getting a 3/4ton 2500. The torque on the frame is huge if you hit anything with that blade.

If you want the 1500 for sure, then I think the blue 04 is the best deal there. And as far as I know, a plow can fit on all any of them.

Watch what plow you get . I was looking at the polycarbonate , and believe it or not , it weighs more than the Meyers plow i was looking at . Their explanation is the poly has more steel framework . Do your investigating before you buy . Don't forget to stop by the newbie section and introduce yourself and receive your official welcoming . Talk to ya soon . Tom

Tough question. When did Dodge go to an independent front suspension? If I'm not mistaken it was in 2002. All things being equal, I'd prefer a solid front axle for snow plowing.
