TSB's are the fix for a known issue. Is there a particular issue you need to address?

There are no bulletins regarding the steering wandering; that's most likely an alignment issue. The actuator should be covered under the K17 recall.

Interesting that this one didn't show up on my factory info until I searched the specific bulletin number. Anyway, since it was already done and an updated part was installed, and you're past the 3/36, it would be done at your expense. When's the last time you had an alignment done?

,,A few months ago I had the alignment done,,,,Firestone even swapped out the tires for a brand new set,,,,still seams to pull slightly and kinda wander....Also, the ticking noise is coming from behind the actuator, below the glove box... I took this act. Apart and no stripped gears...so I'm left to think its the 4th one at the top, behind upper glove box,,,idk,,again thanks for your help...

I'd love to see a copy of the alignment numbers if you have one.

The clicking is an actuator but the blower operation is likely to be a different issue.
