RRT's - Rapid response transmittals. These are similar to TSB's but are intended to be done on the vehicles before they are sold. All the ones for the new rams are minor issues that take little time to fix. Hood squeak, tailgate bedliner overlap, and the wiper motor issue are just a few that are out there. They aren't safety issues and are generally geared toward customer satidfaction. Sometimes parts are in short supply and will have to be ordered due to the number of vehicles involved which are usually in a specific build date bracket.

I took my '09 in for its first oil change today and they had a TSB to re-seal the third brake light, because it may leak water into the cab. They also checked the weather stripping in the window jambs because they may roll inward when the window is rolled down. They did not say anything about the windshield wiper problems that sounds like everyone else in this thread is experiencing. Wonder if I will see something in the mail or something mentioned on my next visit.....

The wiper issue had been recified at the factory by the time yours was built. This repair applies to the DR/DH/D1 body styles.

The only real good reason to go to the dealer for oil changes, have them run your vin while your there and you will know what is up. Or just call once in a while like 6 months or so if you don't go to the dealer or just come in here surely someone will let you know of every issue, perfect.

To check and see if your vehicle has a recall go here: http://www.dodge.com/webselfservice/dodge/index.jsp
Just enter the last 8 digits of your vin and it will let you know if there is a recall or not.

if you have the tsb for the third brake lamp ask for a replacement of the lens for a 2011. If ever you need to change the bulb youll need to pull really hard on the lens to get it out and reseal it, but the 2011 seems to have a ticker gasket on the lens and do not let water in the truck

P.s. dont worry about tsb they are just intended for customer satisfaction and are suppose to be done before the client buy the vehicule but some time the tsb get out after. Each time an advisor write the vin number in the dealerconnect system all tsb and recal applying to the vin appear if not done.
