Default Spindles or coil springs?

what is a better way to lower the front, drop spindles or coil springs?

As I understand it, Spindles are better because they dont change any of the suspension geometry. they just move the mounting position of the wheel hub either up or down to suit.

it depends on the size of the drop!! Spindles are great for up to 3" either way up or down. control arms would be better the drop coils and better than spindles for lower drops lower than 4"
