Well i just removed my engine fan and the truck runs great. Like i expected i saw a big power increase and a little mpg increase seems to just run freely now and shifts a bit smoother. As far as power its mainly felt in the low rpm range more torqy now.

Ok newbie question time, u just removed the fan clutch and fan? Did u replace it with an e fan? How did u reset the temps and to what? Lol Never heard of doing this in ten years in the auto parts business.

Our trucks come with an electric fan stock, Its inside the fanshroud and is hard to see. If you have a tuner such as a Diablosport Predator you can adjust the temp at when this electric fan kick on. So if you have a 180stat and tune your e-fan to temps around 180 you shouldn't overheat we did this mod in the winter which doesnt count for a valid heat test. We wont know if its fully say untill the summer. And if it is not im just going to get my clutch fan put back on. Eventually i want a duel e-fan setup.
