Default Auto to Manual trans conversion?

Ok tranny in my 2wd 5.2L 96 Ram died this week. Looking at all options here.
One is to convert to manual trans, but besides the obvious tranny, flywheel, clutch, driveshaft, shifter, peddle assembly, hydralic resivor and slave cylinder and hoses. What else would i need? ECM? PCM? Any help would be great. Has anyone done this?
Thanks Dave

Probably wouldn't be a bad idea on the ecm . Your original computer would be looking for inputs from the original trans sensors . I would just wire tie the original wiring up . Don't cut it out , leave it there . To do it correctly you would probably need a steering column also .

Good idea on steering colunm. I would probably change ECM. I guess I should start looking for donor truck.

Thanks for the help.

You'd also have to put gauges out of ram that had a manual trans, so the gear selector wouldn't be there
