I know what I want. I don't need a salesman to explain the differences in the trucks. If you spend some internet research time, you probably know more than most lot salesmen as regarding a particular truck features.
I have been to several dealerships and run into "salesmen", often obvious newbies, who try, sometimes desperately to sell me something, ANYTHING, before I leave the lot. Recently one kept calling me "Billy" which I found extremely offensive. He was, maybe, half my age. Another said the interior of the truck matched my wife's shoes and purse so we should buy it.
Is there a business truck manager? Or a fleet manager who will talk straight with me? Maybe cut out the newbies? Is there a better price with a fleet manager? I see some good internet prices and would still like to shave a little more off the price.
It would be a simple transaction for the dealer. I don't have a trade-in. I can pay cash. I know exactly what I want. Simple.
Who is the best person for me to talk with and how do I get through to them?
