Currently looking at an '06 1500 with 5.7. Truck will be a daily driver, kind of a mix of city/hwy and I was wondering what kind of mileage to expect.
Thanks

higway 18mpg and city 14 .... highway i can get mine up to around 20mpg if i use cruise control but most times its around 18-19. Depends on your driving habits if you have a heavy foot your mileage will suffer with this truck.

Some I have seen in the shop are getting as high as 22-23 average mpg but you have to also consider where you live and the rear end gears ratio as well.

My cousin has an 07' quad cab with the 4.7L with a leveling kit and 35x12.50x20 wheels & tires and he only gets about 11 or 12 city. He also has a very heavy right foot lol.
