Yeah but running high amounts of boost almost requires a pretty built motor also. But I would go with turbos also. I love the sound of the turbo's spooling up and the BOV when you shift, I think that's better than the supercharger.

Supercharger for sure...Love the sound and the looks. As for nitous being a cheater///////// no ! If both racing have it.... even steven. If your racin to brag and you use it to beat someone that dosent have it... MOST DEFINATELY. Raw power is just that RAW. Some guys i know who race like raw over fabricated, inhanced stuff. Just my thoughts

I prefer naturally aspirated myself. But with the tuning capabilities of the newer motors, forced induction or nitrous is usually the best options.

I had a supercharger on my last Toyota truck and It got old very quickly for me. At first the whine was a novelty but after a few miles it became as unpleasant to listen to as a dentist drill. Now I drive a real truck and when I need to tear up the track, I'll spray a 100 shot. You can put enough nitrous under the back seat of a quad or mega cab to race all weekend. Also the hemi with a few mods is pretty fast for the street.

I like nitrous myself and have more experience with it than anything. I think a lot of people are afraid of it because, particularly in the past, it required a lot more tuning. I've seen countless people with no clue how to set up a plate system trying to throw more fuel at the motor to correct a lean condition rather than pulling off nitrous, and it seems like the never backed off their total timing advance to a safe level. I helped on guy out that was blowing his plugs apart and found he had 50 degrees total advance!

i have a typhoon and i spray my 59 , love the sound of a spooling turbo but also the feel of the second stage kicking in and love the way my 59 looks when purging the system thru the wiper nozzles. nitrous is fun but it is damadging if you dont know what your doing , i run a two stage. i dont know if its just me but the bottle always seems to go empty pretty quick ... but my next build will be a supercharger.

I have had them all. I have had N20 on probably 10+ vehicles including my 03 Ram, which made 456 RWHP. N20 is nice, when it is there, you just have to know how to tune for it, and make sure you have all the safety devices installed.

I Currently have a supercharged Corvette making 750bhp or 660 RWHP and there is nothing like having that kind of power in a 3200lb car. It is an animal.

Problem with the newer Dodge's and adding F/I is the tuning aspects because they have everything locked down so hard, unlike GM and Ford. They are a bitch to tune and you have to be very conservative with the non forged internals they have, pistons being one of the weakest links.

So, for me I would take a supercharger or Turbo before N20, although the nitrous can be fun and is the cheapest way to make HP.
