Default Running Boards

Hey everyone, got a question.

I just got some running boards of Craigslist, and am goin to install on my 98 Ram 1500. Just wondering if anybody else has installed boards and have any tips/pointers to make install easier.

I ma hoping this will keep the salt/snow off the bottom of the doors where they are already rusting.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I'll post pics when I get a chance.

Looks good. When I did mine it took about 6 hours, but I had to fabricate a way to mount them since they are off a Hummer.

They look good on your truck. I have the OEM ones on my 03 Ram and there a great install. I can re/re them in less than a hour.

Thanks. They work out pretty good. My daughter had a hard time getting in the truck, so now she has no problem.
