Default Have a problem need advice

I have a '06 Ram with the 5.7L Hemi and it is not running right.
I just bought the truck and soon after I bought it I was haveing a missfire when the truck was cold but after it warmed up it ran fine. Took it back to the dealer and they diagnosed it as a missfire on #4 cylinder. So they took the truck to a Chrysler dealership to be further diagnosed and they said the same thing and it also had a lifter noise while running, so they ended up replaceing all 4 of the MDS solenoids, all the lifters, 1 pushrod and rocker was damaged so they replaced them, all 16 plugs. I got the truck back and it does run better but when running around 55 MPH it shifts to overdrive and it seems to be loading up. Also the red indicator light that is next to the speedo is the MDS light right? It never comes on.The truck has 68000 miles on it. Did I buy A lemon?
