RRT's (Rapid Response Transmittals) are not always akin to a recall. They can deal with anything from something left loose to parts that were defective. Normally they will be performed before the vehicle is sold if it's in inventory. If the vehicle is sold, it will be performed the next time the customer brings it in for service if they have the parts in stock. It wouldn't hurt to ask if your truck is involved the next time you're in, or you could even call them with the last 8 of your VIN and mileage, and they should be able to tell you.
