But the way I see it in the tape these paramedics showed up and did half their job. Not only that, the way they portrayed themselves at the scene made it look like they didnt even care to be there. You might as well had bystanders on the street mosey in half hearted, take a look over the counter, go hmm and walk out chatting with there friends.

If I did half my job everytime I went out.... I sure wouldnt have a pay cheque coming to me at the end of 2 weeks.

In my opinion very unprofessional.

Again I have close friends in service so im not here to fight or offend just stating my opninion on this exact event.

Thanks.
If they were told ahead of time by the police officer seen in the video that there is a obvious death. What should they have done in your opinion?

Now they are saying that the person was "fatally shot" but the paramedics didn't check him. If someone is "fatally shot" then what is there to check?

The first reporter to throw the stone in the media should be asked to do a ride along and check a patient who has left the world in a obvious way. Let them sift through the 1/2" deep pool of congealed blood skull fragments and brain bits and take a heart monitor strip to confirm the fact that the man that is missing a head is "indeed dead"

Let that reporter tell his story when he is done being sick all over the floor.

I guess I am just letting the ignorance of this story infuriate me.

Well I think the big thing in this is that the body isn't seen on the tape, thus leading it open to all kinds of arguments, interpretation, and second guessing. Now if they showed a body in which there is a huge hole where his head or heart once was and 2-3 liters of blood on the floor than case closed. Now if the video showed a guy laying on the floor with a GSW in his abdomen and some blood on his shirt, yes bad EMTs, they should have checked. I'm assuming that if the police are already there they called in the paramedics just to confirm death (officers can't do this), the officers could have already checked for a pulse. It isn't the EMTs job to move the body or anything like that.

Quoted for truth.

This is embarrising for those Emt's, but where were the gunshots? If they can clearly see he got hit good in the head, there would be no point to check for vitals. But of course they didnt say where the clerk was hit did they?

Things like these when volunteers are underattack by the media pisses me off. We risk our lives for thiers, but of course they don't appreciate it.
