I use to have those on my truck and I really loved them, they have a real mean aggressive look and a very smooth ride. I would of still had them but when I went up higher with my truck, they did not have them in 37's. So I went with the Toyo M/T's.

Nitto is made by Toyo.

4x, they have a smooth ride? i expected them to have a rough ride judging by the design, also how loud were they? how many miles did you put on them?

I have a set of 35" on my 08 and love them! They don't ride rough. They have a good mud grip hum to them and the more they wear the louder they get. I'll have to check and see how many miles I've put on them so far but they aren't wearing anymore than any other mud tire I've run so far.

Yes, they gave a very smooth ride and had all kinds of traction. This was when my truck was at the stock height with the 33" Nitto's. I only had about 10,000 miles on them when I went higher and bigger but a buddy of mine bought them for his second gen along with my stock rims for his truck and he ran them for a couple of years after that.

Iv been wondering this question about the nitto mud grapplers also. Like the original poster i daily drive my ram with the occasional off roading. Not to thread jack but i think we are in the same boat (except i want 35). Whats the best aggresive looking tire that will hold up on the road and get plenty of miles out of them ???

How many miles you want to get out of them? You can get some Nitto Terra Grapplers or BFG AT KO that look good and you can get 60,000+ out of them. Or you can get Nitto Mud Grapplers or Toyo MT that look aggressive but get less than 50,000 out of them.
