Default Need help choosing a set of Step Bars

Hey everyone, I have my choice down to two sets of step bars and I am looking for your opions on which ones you guys like. I want one that will hold up to any conditions since I live in an area that sees all kinds of weather. I'm looking at going with the black powder coat.

Choice #1 Mopar Nerf Bars.

Choice #2 N Fab Step Bars.

Thanks!

I only have experience with the Mopar steps and they're good, but I'm with Freeze...The second set is unique and very cool looking. I'd do some research and if the strength and durability looks good, go for those.

Default n-fab

Hello , I have the N-Fab Bars on my 2009 Crew cab in stainless , 445 pound capicty and won't rust as I live in STL. and the like to spread a lot of salt in the winter. I used silicon to seal where the mounting brackets meet the body to prevent any salt getting in there just leaving the bottom of it open . Just my 2 cents worth .

I prefer none but if you must I also say the 2nd set.

I just think they take the appearance of ground clearance away from the truck.

Well i'll be the opposite voice. I don't really care for the NFab ones. I like the first set. And if you get a stainless steel set they should last and won't rust out.

I like #2 and you won't have to worry about rust if you powdercoat them.

Make sure their stainless steel . My steel ones rotted away from the inside out . I did have a issue with the powder coating raising on mine . And for the most part I'm not in a harsh environment
