Both on the overhead display:
Mpg keeps resetting, starting at 0.0
Outside temp sensor stuck on one number
Any idea how to fix this?

That may take a dealer flash to reset it. I don't think you can do it with the user controls. Have you cycled through all the options you have and tried to reset them???

SUBJECT:

Soon
OVERVIEW:
This bulletin involves selectively erasing and reprogramming the Cabin Compartment
Node (CCN) with new software.
MODELS:
2006 (DR/DH/D1) Ram Truck
NOTE: This bulletin applies to vehicles built on or before May 30, 2006 (MDH
0530XX).
SYMPTOM/CONDITION:

Thanks, so this is a dealership problem for them to fix?
What's a flash?
Is there anything that I can do?
Yes i did go through all of the settings an reset them all. I even thought about disconnecting the battery for a hard resett. And would the location of the temp sensor be located in front between the grill and the radiator? Wouldnt the sensor itself be bad?

A flash is a reprogramming of the related module with updated software and needs to be done by the dealer. The sensor is located near the left headlight and, yes, it could be bad.

My overhead temp console was stuck or frozen on 130 F. I disconnected the battery for a second and reconnected wala.........the overhead is back to normal. Good old "hard reset"
