285/50/20's look really good on those trucks. wider and a little lower profile. I had the Goodyear Eagle's on my 05 QC and they hooked up pretty well.

If you have 275/60R20 stock the widest you can go is 12.25" without rubbing. You can go 12.5" if you put a 1/4" spacer on the front. The back you can go 12.5" without a spacer. Metric size you should be able to run 305.

I'm running 325/60/20 Khumo AT's on my stock 20's with a leveling kit, only time they rub is in full steering lock.

Ok so i have seen a few misleading posts!! first all a 305/55/20 is just over 33" tall and 12.4" wide...not 13.5" wide!!!!
I have 325 on my truck, its about 12.8" wide, but they are 35's so they have enough side wall!!

You sound like your more performance oriented so i would probably say 305 or 12.50 is the widest you want to go because your probably not lifting/leveling the truck for mor clearance! you could probably get away with a 315 on the rear, thats where you want the traction, then if you want to keep the stock size get a 305/55/20, same diameter just wider!! Chefred has his ram set up for drag N/A he said he is running a 285/50, i would say if you plan on lowering it an to be more drag oriented thats probably closer to a size u want, lower profile!! its hard to tell what your other plans are with the truck!! so there is quite a few suggestions in there
