Default Removing window motor?

I need to remove the front passenger window motor and need a little help. I removed the door panel, speaker, and plastic sheet that's attached but didn't have too much time to really mess around with it. I need to replace the window motor but didn't see an easy way to remove it. How difficult is this going to be? What else do I need to do to remove this motor?

Thanks
Victor

Oh, yeah. It is an '02 Quad Cab.
