Default no speedometer after a new fuse

Hi to all! Yesterday I was hooking up my car hauler to my truck and I didnot have a right turn signal and replaced the fuse. But I had a Head in A** moment and left my screwdriver on the edge of the engine compartment and it slid off and on the one of the spare relay spots and after I heard a pop, I now Have no speedometer and my ABS and Brake Light stays on. did I scewup something royally or do I need to just reset something or is there a fuseable link or fuse that I am missing. and will it harm anything to continue to drive it. the truck is a 2004 ram2500 heavy duty with the 5.9 cummins. thank-you ahead of time for everyones help!

I would say go through and check all your fuses, inside and the engine compartment

hey thanks for the welcome! It is great to find a place that has other dodge enthusiasts. And I know this may sound dumb but any Idea where to look for fuses that are inside of the cab. I have looked but have only found the main fuse box in the engine compartment.

Not sure on yours but when you open the driver door up, on the side of the dash??? Probably blends in to the dash.

Start by getting the ABS scanned for the stored codes and go from there.

thanks to all of you that helped! I had the ABS scanned and it showed a code for an improper fuse amperage and so i changed that and went through all of the fuses and located a small fuse panel under the dash that held 4 fuses for the dash panel. What a pain to get to!! but after all of that It worked! A big thank you to each of you that helped out!
