Talked with the dealership and ordered the hooks but the parts guy mentioned something about a bar that the hooks mount to? Any idea what he was talking about?

I can't see there being a huge difference on the front end between an 09 and 10.

All you should need is the tow hooks since you have a sport..

Take a looks a Brute's install on an 09 ST

I guess it depends on what you bought..

82210967 2009 - 2010 These tow hooks securely mount to the frame and are fully tested for durability and load capacity. Black, front, 2 hooks, same as production.

82209854 - 2006-2009 1500 Black, front, 2 hooks on single Tow Hook Bar for 1500 models, same as production

The 82209854 is for older models but websites are showing it for the 09 as well. some says it mounts to a bar while others say it mounts to the frame..

My dealers website lists 82210967 for the 09-10 and it says it mounts to the frame.

the bezel on the Sport has tabs that slide into slots, I started pushing the bezel outward from each end working my way to the middle to remove it. When installing it it's nice to have 2 people one guiding the tabs into the slots while someone pushes it in. There is quite a few of them all the way around.

they should come with everything you need, it's a kit with the hooks and brackets already attached and an extra bolt for each side you have to add that goes through the bracket into the bottom of the frame.
