Exclamation 4x4 tech help needed

so the other day i kinda slid over a divider and broke a rim in the snow. i had my brakes on when i ran over the 8 inch divider and i was in 4wheel drive at the time so now i have my spare tire on the drivers side front and everything seems to be running in 2 wheel drive just fine. when i pop it into 4 and speed up it pulls to the left and 4wheel drive doesnt disengage when i take it out. well it does in the other 3 tires just not that one"i think" cause it still makes a slight hum untill i hit the brakes hard or drive it a lil while then it feels like i ran over a rock and theres a big CLUNK and everythings fine again.... any help will be great. i think maybe my breaks are sticking or my 4x4 isnt letting out.

Is maybe all of that just because you have the spare tire on? I guess I'm not real sure, but it seems like it just might be the spare you're not used to.

Then again, there could be some damage to that whole front left area if you actually broke the wheel. Do you have any pics of the wheel damage? I'm not sure how much damage you did in your little accident.

BTW, Hi Brett. lol

Yeah, if you can get some pics of the lower shock mounts, a-arms, steering arms, etc...maybe something will pop out at us.

You may have damaged the bearing or axle joint. If the brakes were causing it, it should do it in 2WD. Is the spare the same size as the other tires?

Hard to say but you should inspect everything from the case forward for damage.

Any impact that breaks a wheel is more than slight and can damage other components.

Forgive me for butting in, but if you really knew what was wrong you wouldn't have posted the question here. You have someone who knows what he is talking about, freely gives his time here to help and you wanna argue?
