Height wise, yes. I'd want a 10" wheel though.

What size are your stock rims....mainly width? I agree with Remerson with the height . Im not familiar with stock size rims on your truck(year)

Normal rim width range for 33x12.50 is 8 1/2" - 11" . Recommended is 10" as Randy has stated .

I believe your stock wheels should be 8.5" wide. I think that's too narrow for the tire size you posted.

Yes 12.5" will fit on stock wheels no problem. Now you might need a 1/4" spacer to keep from rubbing the sway bar but not 100% sure on 33". I know on 35x12.5R20 you need a 1/4" spacer on the front cause at full turn they slightly rub the sway bar. But with a 33" and no big side lugs like my nitto mud grapplers you probably won't need the spacer. So I'd say put the tires on and run them. If you notice any slight rubbing on the sway bar later on then you can pick up some 1/4" spacers from summitracing for about $7 each and you'll only need them for the front.
