Default Strange noise/vibration on brake pedal

Hi all, this is my first post, my name is mario and i bought a 2010 Dodge Ram Sport single cab 4x2 with 20" rims adn 5.7 hemi with mds, the truck is a week old and havent had much time trying it out, anyways, today i was making a left sharp turn at about 5mph and felt vibration on the brake pedal, like it was pushing in and out, felt like the tire was bouncing too along with some noise, as soon as i straighten out it went away, i went back to the same place and tried to replicate the problem but i couldn't, anyone out there experienced the same thing?, i live in mexico BTW, but i think the truck was made in the USA, any help will be appreciated, and please excuse me for my bad english...

Mario

It makes sense if a wheel lost traction.
