Default Thoughs on this Tonneau cover

Let the questions start..... I am looking at this Lund 95064 Genesis Tri-Fold Latching Tonneau Cover. Amazon has it for 290 with free shipping and the reviews on the site are good. Was wondering what you think? Is this a good cover/price?
Thanks

I haven't looked into this cover specifically but I have used Lund products in the past. It's good quality stuff and I've never had a problem with their products. If the function of this cover meets your needs, say vs. a solid top, go for it!

Looks decent enough, but my chief complaint with soft tonneau covers centers around the bows. I had one with bows that were rectangular in shape, much like what I saw depicted with this cover. My complaint was at speed, they would invert. Not a big deal, but it was rather annoying to look back and see a big ol' indention in the tonneau because the bow went from slightly bowing up to slightly bowing in. It really becomes a problem in heavy rain, because pooling water could cause the same issue.

I can't remember the brand of tonneau, it may have been limited to that one. Just giving you some food for thought.

For me, retractable hard tonneaus are the ticket now. More expensive, but worth it!

I have used a few of Lund products as well. I have never had a problem with any of them. If a tri fold is what your looking for im sure with the Lund name it should be as good as anything they have made before. Just my 2 cents worth.

I took a look at a picture of the "lund" tri-fold and it looks very similar to the "extang" model. If that is the case, this is a super product. I was never a fan of these until I got this one ( http://extang.com/docs/trifecta.html ) and I absolutely love the thing. It is super easy to operate, on and off in seconds, and easy to use if I am out and find a large item to pick up and I cant just leave the cover at home.. long story short if you can, look for the extang trifecta.. it rules

If you want to get a good looking one I have a lorider Raider tonneau cover. Its really sleek and matches body lines looks like it's supposed to be there. Solid has nice smooth motion going up and it also goes over the tailgate so it acts as a lock, since it has a lock in it

Looks nice, just like the Lund. What would be the advantage of this cover over the Lund? It is $100 more.
