Angry Removing paint specles

Last month while I was moving my wife and I both drove through a cloud of paint mist. Although I don't remember it specifically there was a fair bit on contruction on the route we traveled and when we arrived we discovered that the front of both vehichles were covered in tiny white paint specles.

What's my best bet to remove them? The ones on the windshield are driving me nuts, especially if I have to run the wipers. I assume claybar? Anyone had to deal with this yet? I'm pissed about it but what can do?

I think the clay bar is your best bet.

I also think that the clay bar would be the most gentle approach.

Also you could try some scratch x or liquid wax. I did this on my truck with some light paint scratches from garage door (I parked to close). I used my finger to apply the liquid wax on the white garage door paint on my front end and let it soak in for like 5 -10 minutes. Then I just started to rub it in with my finger and then used my finger nail to work it in a little and it just came off when I use a microfiber towel. The idea is to let the liquid wax or scratch x soften the paint foreign to your car. It worked for me.
