Why not just a Magnaflow muffler and a new tailpipe (if ya need one) which would get you what you want. I like the JBA headers if they have a set for your truck. Well made and they will last forever with a good ceramic coating.

No on the tip lol from tip back to muffler has been cut. Im also looking for horsepower and torque gains

Not sure I understand what you are saying.

You don't need a tip? You've gotten rid of the tail pipe?

More HP and torque can certainly be had with the addition of some headers and a cam. There's some good ones out there for the Magnum engine.

MADDOG is right on it but I do not understand the tips part as well. With the MagnaFlow, you can stop at the muffler and not add the back pipes. It still dumps under the bed so should be no danger from Carbon mono but you will get a cabin roar when the 5th gear goes into the 4 cylinder mode if you have that option.

Oh...I got ya. Well, Magnaflow has a lot of single in/single out mufflers available that will fit your truck. They even have a single in/single out catback system that should fit your truck.

No shops around you? That sucks.

Do you have an RV dealer with a service shop around? They do that sort of work. Just an alternative to consider.

Since you don't have MDS in your truck, no worries about drone but yeah, cutting it off and dumping it off to one side close to the cabin is gonna be loud.

Oh there is shops but there going to charge an arm and a leg for that kind of work. Ya it would be loud thats why i think im just going to suck it up pay for that full magna flow and get some Edlebrock headers. But as far as the cam goes I have looked around found a few but with my luck I would buy the cam and have it sit until I could get the money to have it put in.

I really like the sound of the Gibson dual swept. It around $400 for the catback. I would also like to get a cam, but am in the same boat about money.

I'll look into that Gibson cause I probably could do headers and full exhaust through them for around 700 or so. Im still just trying to get HP gains out of my exhaust
