Default Grinding?

My truck Is making a grinding noise while going down the road. I don't know where it is coming from. I can feel it through the floor board. I have been told it could be the drive shaft or transmission any ideas or comments would be appreciated. It's a 05 ram 1500 5.7 hemi 2wd. Thanks.
