the dealer fix both front seats last year and the new ones started doing the same thing a week later and now the dealer is not going to fix them again because the seat covers are a defective parts but there no recall out for the 2010 leather seat covers only on the 2009

seems to me, even if there is not a recall out, the dealer should fix whatever is defective..

I'd start getting loud, and not quiet down until I got some satisfaction

Yeah that's my thread. I'm having the same issue on my 2011 Sport with heated and ventilated seats.

http://www.ramforumz.com/showthread.php?t=73405

The pictures don't do it justice though...it's much much worse. My father has a 2010 Laramie with the same issue and when I brought the truck into the dealer, the service manager who has the same truck said that his was doing the same thing but never really thought much of it...when he looked at mine though he said that no that's not right. There is no recall currently but I have stumbled across a few more people with the same problem on other forums who have brought it to their dealer's attention and have had the covers replaced. I'm waiting to hear back from my dealer as to what their plan is...If I don't hear from them in a couple hours, I'm calling this afternoon to find out for myself!
