Default Could the Jake Brake do this?

I recentley added a Jake Brake to my 06 dodge 2500 diesel truck. 3 weeks later the tranny goes out. I have 120,000 miles on this girl but she had never slipped one bit. Just got in her the other morning and reverse and low is all that would work. I know the Jake cant work until it locks up the torque converter so there is a little strain on the tranny. DONT KNOW just asking, maybe someone else has seen this before. Could the Jake cause this?
Thanks
By the way if it knocked out a tranny every year I would still love this truck.

Have you checked to see what your tranny fluid level is? I don't think a Jake Brake will cause your tranny to go out in a matter of 3 weeks. Are you hauling a load all the time or just driving the truck unloaded?
