Default Ventilated and heated seats survey

I just received this email from Chrysler Group LLC. I thought it was a survey about the leather problems but in fact it's a survey about the cooling and heating features of the seat. Just thought I'd share it.

----------

Dear Dodge Ram Owner,

Thank you for owning a Dodge Ram! We appreciate your business!

Our goal is to provide our customers with exciting and satisfying vehicles that they enjoy driving. In order to continually improve our Chrysler Group LLC products, we periodically ask our valued customers for their feedback to help us achieve that goal.

Today we would like your opinions on the heated/ventilated seating feature offered on your Ram Truck.

The survey should take less than 5 minutes of your time. Your feedback will provide valuable input for our future product offerings.

Thank you,

Product Research, Chrysler Group LLC

Hmm, I didn't get one. I luv my heated seats and would be interested in aftermarket cooling.

I noticed that hubby got the email.
Not certain if he filled it out yet; but will find out later when he wakes up.

I don't think my seat (drivers) gets warm enough (comparing to hubby's '00 Impala; I have to turn it off it gets that hot

It's a quick survey that only won't take even 5 minutes. Every question has a box where you can write in comments if you want.

I do like my heated/cooled seats but, if they want to improve them, they should:

- make the High setting hotter on Heat and colder on Cool

- reduce the fan noise when you turn on the seat cooling

- extend the area that is heated/cooled further up the back of the seat. It seems to stop way down in the lower part of my back. Especially when it's hot out and my seat has been heating up in the sun all day, I'd like that cool air on my back all the way up to my shoulder blades. As long as we're wishing.....
