Default Possible vacuum or electrical issue with heater/AC ducting

I was driving the other day, and had my heater blower set to high, with the duct setting set to winshield and floor. It seems to work fine, when driving normal, but as soon as I accelerate, I notice that the blower seems to slow down, and it might be trying to go to different duct option.
Has anyone experienced a similar problem? Any advice would be appreciated.

Dave

The way I understand it there are 2 vacuum check valves in the engine compartment near the firewall. They are small and the parts guy should know what you want. I just walked into the Dodge dealer and ordered two for about 9.00.

Yeah sounds like you have a vacuum problem . I believe the vacuum source is tapped into the brake booster (?) Might have a bad check valve .

Thanks for the advice guys,
I'll check out the vacuum lines and try to locate the check valves.
