Default Torsion lift VS. spacer lift

Just curious whether you have one or not, or are interested or not about what type of leveling lift you would prefer. Torsion key lift or spacer lift? Two very different ways of creating the same or similar result so why would you pick one over the other? Also, what pros and cons do you face with both?

Since you're dealing with two completely different suspension setups, you don't get to chose between the two when lifting the front end. Personally I prefer a torsion bar setup over coil springs because you can control the ride height more accurately with torsion bars.

Ive seen some badddd situations with cranked up torsion bars.... but ya different set ups depending on the truck... so agree with remerson on that.

Yes you guys are right..bad wording. I guess that question is more would you prefer coils or struts (which depends what type of level lift) and why?

I think a lot of the newer torsion "keys" dont require the "cranking up" of the torsion bars.
