I agree, well written and I for one appreciate any and all info i receive on any issue I have, but im not gonna run out and buy a Oil cap, to fix a broken tail light cause the internet said too!

Oh and by the way Gold is obviously the correct color for speed, its kinda like a tan, so you get better grip and its a light color like white for the speed, but also dark enough to blend in with light natural environment, thus making it WAY faster!... lol

Sound advice or just a disclaimer? Hmmmm. I guess tards can buy trucks too.

BTW, Anyone ever heard the term "blue streak" - not green streak or black streak, forget about orange streak....blue has been the fastest color for a long long time - how about BLUE Angles?

I would like to bump this thread in regards to mods. I was a Warranty Clerk for 2 years and I feel when it comes to mods, there is much debate about what is covered under the manufacturer warranty and what isn't.

(posted in another thread)
A lift that is not installed by the dealer that experiences problems or creates other suspension related issues, WILL NOT BE COVERED BY DODGE/RAM/CHRYSLER etc etc etc. I was a warranty clerk and understand the stipulations to modifications in relation to manufacturers express written warranties on their products and services.
Now, the ONLY 2 ways to bypass these guidelines is to:
1) Sweet talk your service dept and become friends with them, spoil them occassionally with donuts and coffee.
2) Buy THEIR product and have THEM install it.

iRESQu,
Thanks for the advice. I have found a GREAT service center (different than the dealer where I purchased my Ram) and really respect the Service Manager. I have researched future mods and have pretty much decided on non-Mopar parts... Bilstein shocks for leveling, Volant CAI, and complete Borla Cat-back.

Based on your comments, can the dealer order these parts and install them for me? I hope any mark-up they add and labor would be a compromise and keep my warranty intact.

I know I should ask my Service Manager, but thought I'd get your input.
Thanks!

It's amazing what a dozen donuts do.... In my case a 12 pack of their favorite beer always works too! I'm taking BBQ in to my dealers service dept tomorrow..
